Terms of Service


  • These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of virtual private server (VPS) hosting services (the "Services") by IgniteHost ("Seller") to the customer ("Customer").
  • These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements for the sale of Services by Seller.
  • Any variation to these Terms must be agreed in writing by Seller.

Product Description:

  • IgniteHost offers several VPS hosting plans with varying amounts of RAM, CPU Cores, Disk Storage, 500 MBPS Bandwidth, 1x IPv4 pointing to DE and a 8TB bandwith per month.
  • Each plan is named and described in detail on the website. All systems come encrypted.

Pricing and Payment:

  • The price of each VPS hosting plan is relative to the service purchased and is stated in euro.
  • Seller accepts a variety of crypto, sometimes PayPal as payment methods.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to the deployment of Services.


  • Service deployment is instant and typically takes up to 5 minutes.
  • Access to the VPS hosting Services will be provided on the purchase page, allowing Customers to log in and use the system immediately.

Refunds and Support:

  • All sales of Services are final, and no refunds will be provided.
  • IgniteHost offers support to assist in the use and maintenance of the Services, which can be accessed via the support platform on Telegram.
  • The support contact email can be obtained at the bottom of this page.
  • If you lose your account (ex: PanelKey lost), we will not be able to provide it back for security reasons. It is your responsibility to write down your credentials.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • IgniteHost owns all the website sources, backend, resources such as images/files/audio and configuration files created, no rights to these resources are granted to the Customer beyond their use in connection with the Services.
  • Copying, Imitating, Impersonating any of the service in any shape or form is also disallowed (Graphics, Configuration Files, Audio Files, Design Structures and so on)

Privacy and Data Protection:

  • IgniteHost does not store Customers' personal information besides their email, which is optional.
  • If an email address is entered, it can be removed at any time on the settings page of the website.
  • IgniteHost will not share, disclose or sell any customers informations to third parties.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes between IgniteHost and Customer regarding the sale or use of Services shall be resolved exclusively through the support platform or Telegram.

Disallowed Uses:

  • The use of the Services is subject to certain limitations.
  • The following activities are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination:
    • Child Pornography | Animal Abuse | Terrorism
    • DDOS attacks
    • Port Scan
    • Phishing
    • Large scale rats / BotNets
    • Email spamming (Legitimate mailing allowed)
    • DMCA copyright infringement
    • Excessive use of system resources (Crypto Mining, Network bandwith)
  • Keep our IP Range clean, if we do not receive a report, we do not care.
  • To avoid suspension as much as possible, we prefeer to Lock the system until the customer contacted our support

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between IgniteHost and Customer with respect to the sale of Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
  • By placing an order with IgniteHost, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    • Please note that we do not keep logs of: IP Addresses, User-Agents and Connection/Actions logs on our servers.
